The plugin behind most “how is your mic so clean” answers on Linux. It is an RNNoise model wrapped as a plugin, so it removes steady background noise — fans, air conditioning, distant traffic — without the abrupt cutting that a gate produces.

OBS can load it directly as a filter on an audio source, which is often simpler than routing through a separate host. In OBS the filter appears once the LADSPA or VST path is visible to it, which differs between the Flatpak and system builds.
